What Makes Us Stroller Strong Moms?
BRINGING WOMEN TOGETHER AS MOMS & AS ATHLETES
Stroller Strong Moms is a unique, fun, and challenging full-body workout, but it is also so much more than just a fitness group. We are a community and we strive to bring together woman as moms and as athletes. We believe in showing our children that your body is the greatest instrument that you will ever own, and that through movement you can build strength. Our classes combine fitness with comradery, and offer an opportunity for women to come together under a common goal of bettering themselves, challenging themselves, and becoming the best version of themselves that they can be.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT CLASS
At Stroller Strong Moms, each of our classes is designed to get you moving, get you sweaty, and make sure that you are having fun while working out. Our classes are all 60 minutes long and offer a variety of movements and sequences that accommodate all levels of fitness.
Our programs involve an instructor-led warmup with a running or walking route, multiple stations throughout the park or specific meetup location, a dedicated core portion of the class, and a cooldown with stretching to close it out. Each movement is broken down by our instructors, and modifications can be made to accommodate each individual in the class, including mamas who are pregnant, newly post-partum moms, and members with injuries or restrictions. Every fitness level is welcome at Stroller Strong Moms!
BRINGING A SLAM COMMUNITY TOGETHER
We understand that it takes a village to raise a child, but we also believe that village can be uplifting and motivating to the mom, too. At Stroller Strong Moms, we are all about creating a community of women that come together with the mindset to make themselves stronger, motivate each other, and show their children what it means to Sweat Like a Mother. Our stroller fitness community is one of a kind, and the SLAM community stretches from our own backyards to thousands of miles across the country, with multiple locations throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
Stroller Strong Moms is more than just fitness, and each affiliate is unique.
Our locations include various outings and events, such as:
Distance races and obstacle course races
Playgroups for our children
Mom’s Night Out events once a month
Extra credit challenges on a regularly occurring basis

Zumba Fitness *fees apply

Join us for Zumba on the stage with instructor Delinda Harrison Friday mornings at 9 AM! 💪

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Class is $15 per person.

DJ Dance Party

Come join us on the Hub stage for a family friendly DJ dance party with DJ Dan Davis every Friday from 6-9:30PM!

Catch all the action of the college football season on the 25 ft big screen!

We’ll have select games on the big screen and more on tvs under our covered pavilion.

The jumbotron schedule will be posted on our social media accounts by Thursday of each week.

Join us for Kids Yoga on the hub lawn with Ashley from 30a kids yoga Sundays at 10 am!

Mats are provided, sanitized and will be social distanced!
Cost is $15 per child, or $25 for two siblings.
